Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (supporting Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO)
- Eligible locations: Orlando, FL; Columbia, MO; Dallas, TX; or remote within the US
- Exempt position
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day activities of the collections team
- Serve as main point of contact for team members’ questions and escalations
- Train new hires and assist with challenging calls
- Handle high-volume outbound calls to delinquent customers and inbound calls from branches/customers
- Negotiate payment arrangements and reconcile disputes with empathy and professionalism
- Monitor team performance to ensure portfolio, departmental, and company goals are met
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with branch personnel and finance teams to resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate punctuality, integrity, and accountability while fostering a respectful, supportive environment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years of credit/collections experience
- 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Experience in the equipment rental industry required
- Strong foundation in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Knowledge of construction liens preferred
- Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function as a collaborative team player
Compensation
- $65,000 – $73,000 annually, depending on experience and location
