Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (supporting Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO)
- Standard business hours with some flexibility required
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume outbound collection calls to assigned delinquent accounts
- Handle inbound calls to resolve customer and branch payment questions
- Negotiate payment arrangements with empathy and professionalism
- Reconcile customer disputes related to outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate documentation in company systems
- Collaborate closely with branch personnel and co-workers to resolve issues
- Think critically, exercise judgment, and balance metrics with customer care
- Support special projects as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in accounts receivable, finance, or collections
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Compensation
- $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and location
