Our client is a dynamic organization that is on the hunt for a Collections Specialist. This opening is due to growth, so if you’re looking for an opportunity then this is the position for you!
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$80k – $100k
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Collections Specialist will provide superior customer service while delivering results. They will collaborate with customers to address inquiries and collect overdue balances.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:
- Manage, engage with, and monitor a high volume of daily customer interactions.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Review delinquent accounts.
- Work directly with management to improve processes.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:
- 2+ years of collections experience is required.
- Chargeback dispute resolution experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent time management skills.
- High attention to detail. Strong work ethic.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
