Schedule
- Remote / work-from-home position
- Full-time role with paid training
- Company-issued equipment provided
- Must meet home internet requirements (hard-wired, 25 mbps download / 20 mbps upload minimum)
What You’ll Do
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with customers regarding past due accounts
- Secure payments and negotiate arrangements professionally and respectfully
- Follow compliance standards while providing excellent customer service
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of collections or 5 years call center experience
- FDCPA knowledge preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and professional phone presence
