Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (Pacific Time Zone preferred)
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
- No weekends or holidays
What You’ll Do
- Research and resolve outstanding balances and unpaid claims
- Make collection calls and manage correspondence folders
- Identify billing errors, short payments, and cash application issues
- Write appeals and submit secondary claims with supporting documentation
- Analyze accounts, document actions, and escalate risks when needed
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, branches, insurers, and managers
- Use portals and electronic tools to track claims and payments
What You Need
- Previous home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience required
- 1–3+ years of strong medical collections experience
- High school diploma (associate degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred)
- Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
- CPR+ systems experience preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and resolve issues independently
