Allara is hiring a Clinical Onboarding Manager to own provider onboarding end-to-end, from credentialing through the first 30 days, for a fast-growing network of 350+ providers across all 50 states. Schedule

  • Location options:
    • Hybrid: SoHo (NYC) 3 days/week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
    • Or Remote: anywhere in the U.S.
  • Full-time role

What You’ll Do

  • Own and improve the full provider onboarding process (credentialing through first 30 days)
  • Lead technical and systems onboarding, training steps, documentation collection, and handoff to clinical management
  • Build and maintain strong provider relationships to keep onboarding smooth and on-time
  • Proactively follow up to ensure tasks are completed and capacity expectations stay on track
  • Create and maintain KPIs, SOPs, QA measures, and dashboards; report key metrics to leadership
  • Partner with internal teams to improve workflows, data practices, and implement automations

What You Need

  • 3+ years in healthcare operations, including 1+ year in a management role
  • Experience supporting distributed provider networks (100+ providers preferred)
  • Strong operational analytics and KPI management experience
  • Persistent follow-up style with strong problem-solving instincts
