Schedule
- Full-time role
- Flexible hours required; must be open to multiple US time zones
- 15% travel for training and national meetings
- Remote position (US-based; preference for Nursing Licensure Compact home states)
Responsibilities
- Provide and document call center services for patients with chronic or rare disorders
- Educate patients and families on FDA-approved therapies using approved call guides and client resources
- Deliver HIPAA-compliant patient support and feedback to manufacturer clients
- Maintain required licenses and certifications in good standing
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, team members, and manufacturers
- Document patient interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve support processes and team operations
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license with no restrictions (compact state preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate’s accepted with experience)
- Prior call center or telehealth nursing experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with biologic therapies, specialty pharmacy, and managed care
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Zoom, Teams, WebEx, and telephone systems
- Excellent oral/written communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional demeanor
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to travel up to 15% for training
Compensation
- Annual salary: $70,000 – $125,000, based on experience and qualifications
