What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for cardiac monitoring devices
- Place outbound calls to patients for follow-up and support
- Document all interactions clearly and accurately
- Coordinate with cardiac monitoring technicians for quality service execution
- Escalate issues following standard procedures and track follow-ups
- Handle emails, voicemails, and patient inquiries professionally
- Meet performance and quality standards while maintaining a patient-first approach
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)
- 1+ year of related experience; medical background preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, particularly cardiology
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
- Proficiency with computers, office software, and support systems
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities
