Schedule

  • Fully remote position
  • Standard business hours with flexibility as needed
  • Salary range: $18–$20/hour (based on skills, experience, and location)

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Place outbound calls to provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for cardiac monitoring devices
  • Maintain urgency in patient communications and follow-ups
  • Document all patient and customer interactions accurately
  • Handle assigned emails and voicemail messages
  • Communicate professionally with clear diction, tone, and articulation
  • Identify and escalate issues according to standard operating procedures
  • Track and follow up on patients who have received cardiac monitoring kits
  • Coordinate activities across departments with urgency and accuracy
  • Adhere to escalation protocols and quality/performance standards
  • Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures
  • Accept constructive feedback to improve quality and performance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Education & Certifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred

Experience

  • At least 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Prior medical or healthcare support experience a plus

Skills & Knowledge

  • Patient-first mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with cardiology-specific medical terminology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records
  • Proficient with basic office software and standard computer use
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and adaptability skills
  • Knowledge of business English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Willingness to work overtime or extra hours as needed
