Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable and friendly clinical assistant to create a positive patient experience at our fast growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining patient information and providing guidance on product procedures. To ensure success, clinical assistants should exhibit a proactive approach toward ensuring excellent patient care. Outstanding candidates have data and administration experience with the rigor to go beyond data entry.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute operational processes to support Physical Therapists with their day-to-day tasks and give our users the best possible experience
- Perform data entry and analytics to ensure critical information is tracked and measured appropriately (Google Sheets experience is a plus)
- Work alongside the team lead to improve and scale processes
- Manage the calendar of Physical Therapists and coordinate virtual visits
Who You Are:
- 1-2+ years experience in an operations, coordination, or data and process-driven role
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Well-organized and self-motivated person who can thrive and stay personally accountable without constant oversight or managerial intervention
- No ego, highly collaborative, goal-oriented and confident
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and generally being adaptable
