Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Two shift options available:
- Monday–Friday, 12pm–8pm ET
- Sunday–Thursday, 12pm–8pm ET
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Build rapport with clients and referral sources during admission
- Present program details in a supportive, accessible way
- Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for clients of all ages
- Determine appropriateness for IOP level of care
- Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria
- Document all client information in EMR systems according to regulatory standards
- Assign treatment team members and schedules while coordinating with staff
- Collaborate with referral sources (hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and other providers)
- Partner with internal teams: Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in mental health, social work, counseling, or related field (required)
- Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and admissions (preferred)
- Ability to work with diverse age groups (children, teens, young adults, adults)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Access to reliable technology for secure, compliant telehealth services
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
Pay & Benefits
- Expected base pay: $50,000–$60,000 annually (depending on experience and location)
