- Full-time, remote role
- Shifts available:
- Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:00pm MST
- Sunday–Thursday, 12:00pm–8:00pm MST
- Not available to candidates in AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, or Washington, DC
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients virtually at admission to complete biopsychosocial assessments
- Present program details clearly and supportively to families
- Determine appropriateness for Charlie Health’s virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP)
- Assign provisional diagnoses using DSM-V criteria and document in the EMR
- Set up treatment teams and group schedules while notifying staff of new admissions
- Collaborate with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams to ensure smooth intake
- Build relationships with referral sources including hospitals, psychiatrists, therapists, and treatment centers
What You Need
- Master’s degree in mental health, social work, or related field (required)
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience working with a wide range of ages (children, teens, young adults, adults)
- Reliable technology and ability to deliver confidential, compliant telehealth services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
