Schedule
- Full-time, remote (United States)
- Must be available for one of the following shifts:
- Mon–Fri, 12–8pm
- Sun–Thu, 12–8pm
What You’ll Do
- Meet virtually with new clients, build rapport, and explain programming in a supportive way
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and determine appropriateness for intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
- Construct provisional diagnoses using DSM-V criteria and document in EMR systems
- Assign treatment team members and group schedules; notify staff of admissions
- Collaborate with Admissions, Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams to ensure smooth intake
- Communicate with referral sources such as hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, and therapists
What You Need
- Master’s degree in mental health, social work, counseling, or related field (required)
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adult clients
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions strongly preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and reliable technology setup
- U.S. work authorization; native or bilingual English proficiency
