Schedule
- Part-time, W2 role
- Minimum 10 hours per week
- Preferred availability:
- Mon–Thurs, 3–8pm MT (highly preferred), or
- Mon–Thurs, 10am–2pm MT
- Fri/Sat availability also highly preferred
- Remote role (not available in NY, CO, WA, or CA)
What You’ll Do
- Set up and open virtual group sessions, ensuring clients and facilitators can join smoothly
- Welcome clients, answer questions, and provide technical support during treatment sessions
- Track and verify group attendance, contacting absent clients when needed
- Communicate attendance issues, tech concerns, or clinical updates to families and team members
- Send families and clients treatment reminders (calendar invites, texts)
- Monitor alumni and family groups as assigned
- Administer client surveys and support special projects
- Keep meticulous records and documentation to support clinical operations
What You Need
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent (native/bilingual) in English
- Reliable technology setup and Wi-Fi to support remote work
- Strong attention to detail, independence, and efficiency
- Experience working with diverse age groups (children, teens, young adults, adults) in individual and group settings preferred
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools: Slack, Zoom, Gmail, Dropbox, Google Drive, EMR systems
- Basic proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfort being on camera regularly for client-facing sessions
