Schedule
- Part-time W2 role, minimum of 10 hours per week
- High-need availability:
- Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–8:00pm MT (preferred) OR
- Monday–Thursday, 10:00am–2:00pm MT
- Friday/Saturday availability highly preferred
- Not available to candidates in AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, or Washington, DC
What You’ll Do
- Open groups and set up technology for virtual sessions
- Welcome clients into group sessions and support facilitators with entry
- Monitor attendance, contact absent clients, and verify records
- Communicate with clients, families, and staff about absences, tech issues, or concerns
- Send calendar invites and reminders for treatment sessions
- Track alumni and family groups as needed
- Administer surveys and support special projects
What You Need
- Work authorization in the U.S.
- Comfort working 10+ hours weekly with flexibility across evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail, independence, and organizational skills
- Experience working with diverse age groups in individual or group settings (preferred)
- Proficiency in Slack, Gmail, Zoom, Google Drive, Dropbox, and EMR systems
- Basic familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
- Prior experience handling fast-paced, tech-driven environments
