Schedule
- W2 part-time role (minimum 10 hours per week)
- Preferred availability:
- Mon–Thu, 3–8 pm MT (strongly preferred) OR Mon–Thu, 10–2 pm MT
- Fri/Sat availability highly preferred
- Remote role; must have reliable WiFi and technology resources
- Not available to candidates in AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, or Washington, DC
What You’ll Do
- Open groups daily, handle technical setup, and welcome clients virtually
- Support facilitators and clients with entry into treatment sessions
- Monitor attendance, follow up with absent clients, and publish verified records
- Communicate client absences, technical issues, or clinical concerns to relevant team members and families
- Send calendar invites and reminders to clients and families
- Track alumni or family groups as needed and administer surveys
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient clinical operations
What You Need
- Prior experience with children, teens, young adults, and adult clients in group or individual care settings preferred
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-moving team
- Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Gmail, Google Drive, and EMR systems
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- U.S. work authorization; native or bilingual English proficiency
