Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm EST
- Immediate opening with support for Atlanta and Tampa teams
What You’ll Do
- Obtain medication authorizations and coordinate with insurance providers and pharmacies
- Schedule prescreening, testing, and injection classes for patients
- Assist with appointments and patient coordination
- Support physicians, staff, and patients to ensure timely care and treatment
What You Need
- High school diploma required; medical or clinical training preferred
- Previous experience in women’s health, medical, or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medical authorization processes
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
- Comfort using computers, office software, and standard office equipment
