Job Summary
Beacon Hill’s client is looking for a Clinical Account Executive to assist in managing business development across the Twin Cities. They will be responsible for developing and executing quarterly business development plans, maintaining, and growing referral relationships, supporting admissions conversion goals, and identifying new referral channels to enhance program awareness and drive registrations.
This position is direct-hire and requires 50% travel across Minnesota in maintaining business development. This position is based out of Saint Paul, MN with opportunity to work remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly business development plans to generate awareness and demand pipeline within the designated territory.
- Maintain and grow referral relationships and recover lost referents within the assigned region.
- Collaborate with Professional Relations Associates on prospecting efforts.
- Support referring provider needs and admissions conversion goals.
- Develop new referral channels and opportunities for increasing program registrations.
- Provide education and networking opportunities for professionals about eating disorders.
- Work closely with the marketing team on collateral, outreach efforts, and regional event planning.
- Maintain current knowledge of the market and competitive landscape within the assigned territory.
- Analyze referral patterns to develop customer-level marketing plans.
- Ensure timely entry of activities and performance dashboard review in Sales Force CRM.
- Seek coaching and support from leadership to resolve performance concerns.
- Work independently with self-motivation and as part of the Outreach team.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the organizations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preference for degrees in marketing, communications, psychology, or social work.
