Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote (U.S.-based)
  • Extensive product training and mentoring during first 90 days
  • Growth-focused ramping path from ticket handling to subject-matter expertise

What You’ll Do

  • Learn ClearCompany’s SaaS platform through sandbox training and real client cases
  • Provide first-line support via tickets, chat, and phone to troubleshoot client issues
  • Collaborate with Tier 2 support, Product Development, and Customer Success teams
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues—including exposure to HTML, CSS, APIs, and more
  • Educate customers via help center materials and new release documentation
  • Bring client feedback to internal teams to improve product and processes

What You Need

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience supporting clients (call center, IT, service industry, or equivalent)
  • Self-motivation, organization, and ability to work independently in a remote team
  • Comfort learning and working with technology (Zendesk, GSuite, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
  • Transferable skills considered—tech experience is not required but curiosity is essential
