ClearCompany is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join its growing Customer Support team. In this role, you’ll provide multi-level technical support to clients using our Talent Management Platform, helping them maximize talent and achieve business goals.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- Annual base salary: $44,000–$46,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
What You’ll Do
- Learn our SaaS platform with hands-on training and sandbox practice in the first 30–90 days
- Support clients via chat, phone, and tickets to troubleshoot technical issues
- Develop subject matter expertise in our platform and processes
- Collaborate with Product Development, Customer Success, and Implementation teams on escalated issues
- Contribute to client-facing help center content and product release documents
- Bring client feedback to the team and recommend improvements
- Provide consultative, high-quality support with a focus on client success
What You Need
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience in client service, call centers, IT support, or service industries
- Comfort with technology and an eagerness to learn tools such as Zendesk, GSuite, Slack, and Zoom
- Ability to work independently in a remote, solutions-driven environment
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to problem-solving
