Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote (USA-based)
- Operating hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM PT, and Saturdays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT
- Permanent Saturday shift availability required
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring clients can fully utilize ProviderSoft’s system
- Create video guides and wiki materials to support users
- Design and release standard and custom document form and session note templates
- Gather and share user feedback on system features
- Support client onboarding and ongoing communications
- Collaborate with Account Representatives, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams
- Assist in testing new features and interfaces
- Accurately research and resolve reported issues with timely follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in related field)
- At least 1 year of call center or customer support experience
- Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Tech savvy: experience with multiple software programs, browsers, screen sharing, and recording tools
- Ability to work independently and stay disciplined in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Average typing speed of 40 WPM
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the veterinary, education, or healthcare industries
- Bilingual in Spanish
