Contract Term

  • September 2025 – March 2026
  • Remote, U.S.-based
  • $40–$50/hour (based on experience)

Role Overview
You’ll be part of the SMB Client Success team, supporting a high volume of employer accounts. You’ll manage day-to-day client requests, maintain efficiency through standardized processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pooled support inbox for SMB clients
  • Troubleshoot client issues, identify roadblocks, and suggest process improvements
  • Maintain team playbooks, templates, and documentation for scalability
  • Use Salesforce for case triage, communication, and resolution
  • Coordinate client activities: reporting, marketing requests, meeting facilitation
  • Provide data-driven insights for engagement strategies and program effectiveness
  • Follow escalation protocols and ensure timely responses
  • Partner with Client Success Managers, Operations, Sales, and Product teams

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years’ experience in client success, account management, customer marketing, or operations
  • Experience managing a high volume of clients
  • Familiarity with health benefit programs (employer, channel, payer)
  • Background in digital health, wellness, or family health (preferred)
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Looker, Microsoft Suite; familiarity with Gainsight, HubSpot, Matik, or Optimizely a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing writing skills
  • Ability to develop scalable processes and work cross-functionally
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced startup
