Overview
Understand specific needs and requirements of each client to maintain paperwork compliance. Build good relationships with compliance contacts at each facility. Thorough Knowledge of compliance and credentialing to ensure complete and accurate paperwork to each facility. Thorough knowledge of erecruit and general processes of Credentialing, Recruiting, Account Management and Sales. A desire to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as primary contact between Fastaff and client facility representatives such as staffing office manager and Employee Health representative to ensure candidate has all medical and professional documentation for the duration of travel assignment.
Act as secondary contact between Fastaff and client facility representatives such as Nurse Managers and HR Directors to meet the client’s needs and expectations.
Ensure, by visual examination, that individual candidate file contains current required professional and medical documents for specific assignment(s). Advise and guide clients to use “Fastaff Requirements” to enable them to receive candidates more quickly to staff their facilities.
Maintain all candidate files in an organized manner in accordance with department procedure.
Ensure all updated documentation is inserted in virtual file and outdated documents are removed.
Utilize information system as processes and procedures require.
Ensure proper handling of candidate PHI/PII contained in files by having knowledge of vendor management systems and share drives.
Respond to questions regarding medical and professional documentation contained in files.
Pull candidate profiles and other materials needed for presenting candidates to contracted facilities.
Travel for job actions as needed.
Work with Recruiting, Credentialing, AM and Sales departments on a daily basis to facilitate the placement of the highest qualified professional nurses to our clients.
Communicate all nurse status changes to assigned recruiter and/or nurse.
Maintain Fastaff integrity with a professional attitude toward client facilities.
Requires on-going coordination, communication and/or team problem solving between departments or functional areas for work production and service quality.
Performs additional duties as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 2 years in a general office, customer service or data entry experience required.
Medical industry experience strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; working knowledge of erecruit preferable.
Good at following instructions and working independently.
Good prioritization and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
The ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high stress situations.
A disposition to function in a team environment and to maintain confidentiality.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires the incumbent to regularly utilize written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and speaking clearly and concisely.
This position requires the incumbent to experience periods of prolonged sitting and to occasionally stand, walk, carry items, climb, reach, and lift up to 10 lbs.
This position requires the incumbent to operate office equipment such as telephones, computers, fax machines and copiers and to grasp objects utilizing manual dexterity including hand/finger coordination.
This position will require regular internal contact with the Recruiting and Account Management departments as well as contact with our clients.

Pay Range: $20.10-25.00/hr, based on location, qualifications, and experience
