- Hourly pay range: $17.20 – $25.70 (based on location and qualifications)
- Eligible for sign-on bonus for qualified new hires
What You’ll Do
- Respond to complex client inquiries, including escalated account, process, or procedure issues
- Partner with internal teams and cross-functional departments to research and resolve problems
- Analyze escalations to identify drivers and root causes, providing actionable insights
- Prepare trending reports and recommend solutions with supporting data
- Communicate effectively via email, phone, and client systems
- Provide 75% written and 20% oral client communication support, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a client relations specialist/representative, preferably in healthcare
- Strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle services
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and mediation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle high productivity standards while maintaining exceptional accuracy
- Independent thinker who knows when to escalate issues or seek support
