What You’ll Do
- Develop and administer training for client service representatives
- Coach, monitor calls, and handle escalated customer issues
- Track and review department analytics, call logs, and KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly
- Manage dialer operations and real-time queue activity
- Review settlement advance requests and ensure departmental goals are met
- Collaborate across departments to ensure service quality and client retention
- Motivate, mentor, and foster a high-standard service culture
What You Need
- High school diploma required; BA preferred or equivalent training
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in call center, customer service, or a related field
- Strong math skills (rates, ratios, percentages, graph interpretation)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in standardized situations
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
- High-speed internet (50 MBPS) and Wi-Fi access
