Schedule
- Full-time, remote (Work From Home)
- $15/hr + bonus pay
- Schedule: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls, providing updates and answering program-related questions
- Deliver accurate descriptions of products and services to clients
- Document client interactions and updates in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client needs
- Maintain strong attention to detail and meet performance goals
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with team members
What You Need
- Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate typing and math skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions with attention to detail
- Experience with FDCPA guidelines or collections is a plus
- Consistent history of strong attendance and reliability
