Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- $18/hour + uncapped commission potential
- Camera use required for training, team meetings, and management check-ins
What You’ll Do
- Increase retention rates by reinforcing the value of Vehicle Service Contracts
- Overcome customer objections and address concerns to maintain long-term relationships
- Educate customers on coverage benefits and risks of cancellation
- Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and peace of mind
- Identify payment strategies and negotiate feasible contract terms
- Utilize CRM systems and multiple platforms to manage accounts efficiently in a high-volume environment
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of retention or similar role experience
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Strong background in customer support and conflict resolution
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
- Excellent phone communication skills and persuasive speaking abilities
