Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for newly enrolled clients during their first months in the program.
- Take inbound client calls and complete daily follow-up touch points.
- Control conversations effectively while addressing objections and questions with empathy.
- Deliver accurate descriptions of products and services to clients.
- Navigate computer systems to locate and update client data.
- Build strong relationships through active listening and consistent communication.
- Meet performance targets and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
What You Need
- 1–2 years of client retention or sales experience (call center background preferred).
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and empathetic support.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and manage objections.
- Intermediate typing and math skills.
- High-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and Wi-Fi access.
