Schedule
- Part-time, remote position
- $18/hour + commission
- Paid training provided
- Camera use required for training, meetings, and coaching sessions
Responsibilities
- Increase retention rates and meet/exceed retention goals
- Engage customers to address concerns and objections, emphasizing the ongoing benefits of their Vehicle Service Contract
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring they understand the risks of canceling coverage
- Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Identify payment strategies to resolve customer issues and negotiate contract terms when possible
- Explain contract details clearly and professionally
- Collaborate with management and teammates to ensure a positive retention experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of retention or similar role experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Strong conflict resolution, customer support, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Must pass a background check
