Schedule

Responsibilities
- Retain business clients by reinforcing the value of their Vehicle Service Contracts
- Influence customers to recognize coverage benefits and identify renewal opportunities
- Overcome objections and resolve concerns to prevent cancellations
- Manage relationships and explain contract details clearly and confidently
- Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls using multiple platforms
- Partner with management and peers through regular communication and collaboration
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years in retention, sales, or a related role
- Call center experience strongly preferred
- Strong phone communication and listening skills
- Proven customer support and conflict resolution ability
- CRM proficiency and ability to manage multiple systems at a fast pace
