What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and resolving issues with care and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth.
- Anticipate client needs and provide proactive support and education on products and tools.
- Maintain detailed account documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and related regulations.
- Collaborate across departments to execute strategies aligned with business goals.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required).
- 3+ years of account management or client relationship experience, ideally in benefits administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and a commitment to confidentiality.
