What You’ll Do
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients adopting CareMetx’s prior authorization technology
- Conduct needs assessments to customize training and implementation
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions for medical practice staff
- Guide clients through setup, configuration, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns promptly
- Ensure timely and accurate data/system integrations
- Act as the primary contact during onboarding, building strong client relationships
- Provide ongoing support to ensure successful software adoption
- Document processes, client-specific configurations, and training resources
- Report onboarding progress and satisfaction to leadership
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, Business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success (healthcare/software strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with prior authorization processes and medical practice operations a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Technical troubleshooting proficiency and ability to simplify complex concepts
