Schedule

- Reports to the Servicing Manager, Client Happiness
Responsibilities
- Act as a professional brand ambassador, responding promptly to client inquiries via chat, email, SMS, or phone
- Provide repayment guidance with empathy and accuracy
- Promote and cross-sell eligible company products during service interactions
- Assist clients with payment arrangements, commitments, and relief options
- Educate customers on loan processes, repayment plans, and additional offerings
- Maintain clear records in client systems, research inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales, or collections
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with focus on de-escalation and resolution
- Tech-savvy (Mac preferred), able to perform basic math for loan support
- Skilled at managing high call volumes and balancing multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in student lending, banking, or financial aid
- Experience in call center, sales, or account management roles
- Familiarity with loan processing or underwriting procedures
Compensation
- $47,000 – $60,000 annually (USD)
- Final offer depends on qualifications, location, and internal alignment
