What You’ll Do

  • Support borrowers via chat, email, SMS, and phone with empathy, clarity, and accuracy
  • Guide clients through payments, relief programs, and documentation needs
  • Promote relevant Earnest products when appropriate to support financial goals
  • Maintain detailed client records and collaborate with internal teams

What You Need

  • 1+ year in customer service, sales, or collections
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills
  • Comfortable handling high-volume support and problem-solving independently
  • Tech-savvy and able to perform basic loan-related math

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in student lending, banking, or financial aid
  • Call-center or sales background
  • Familiarity with loan processing or underwriting
