Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Standard business hours with high-volume client interaction
Responsibilities
- Provide client support for 401(k) administration, annual 5500 filings, and account documentation
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Guide clients through processes like e-signing, documentation, and annual reports
- Maintain client records in CRM systems and upload investment management statements
- Proactively follow up with clients on outstanding items and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and client satisfaction goals
- Support team initiatives, special projects, and departmental improvements
Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer service or client support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Growth mindset and ability to adapt in high-pressure or ambiguous situations
- Experience in finance or retirement plan administration is a plus
