Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Standard shift: 9:30am – 6:00pm EST
  • Collaboration across departments and client-facing support

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with timely, professional service
  • Use CRM tools to document communication, resolve cases, and track account activity
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on client interactions
  • Support client onboarding and implementation projects
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support

What You Need

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time-sensitive issues
  • Experience analyzing data and creating reports
  • CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics or similar preferred)
  • Training experience a plus
