Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote (U.S.)
  • Pacific Time role
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT

What You’ll Do

  • Guide clients through the One Legal platform to complete filings and tasks with confidence
  • Resolve client inquiries via phone and writing using active listening, clear communication, and strong follow-through
  • Maintain accurate client records and case notes in Salesforce
  • Advocate for clients by reviewing trends and feedback and sharing insights with internal teams to improve the product
  • Track and act on key KPIs to consistently deliver high-quality support
  • De-escalate issues effectively to minimize delays and protect the client experience
  • Embrace new tools and technology to improve efficiency and service quality
  • Support operational excellence by following policies, contributing to team process consistency, and helping onboard new team members

What You Need

  • 2+ years of customer support experience (call center experience preferred)
  • 2+ years working in CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong multitasking and composure under pressure, with a client-first mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including de-escalation skills
  • SaaS experience (legal services is a plus)
  • Familiarity with telephonic support systems (DialPad preferred)
  • 1+ year in legal or litigation support preferred
  • High school diploma required (advanced study or equivalent experience valued)
