- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT
What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through the One Legal platform to complete filings and tasks with confidence
- Resolve client inquiries via phone and writing using active listening, clear communication, and strong follow-through
- Maintain accurate client records and case notes in Salesforce
- Advocate for clients by reviewing trends and feedback and sharing insights with internal teams to improve the product
- Track and act on key KPIs to consistently deliver high-quality support
- De-escalate issues effectively to minimize delays and protect the client experience
- Embrace new tools and technology to improve efficiency and service quality
- Support operational excellence by following policies, contributing to team process consistency, and helping onboard new team members
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer support experience (call center experience preferred)
- 2+ years working in CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong multitasking and composure under pressure, with a client-first mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including de-escalation skills
- SaaS experience (legal services is a plus)
- Familiarity with telephonic support systems (DialPad preferred)
- 1+ year in legal or litigation support preferred
- High school diploma required (advanced study or equivalent experience valued)
