What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for upper-level support and de-escalate sensitive client issues
- Proactively monitor and resolve problem jobs, prioritizing a high-quality client experience
- Identify root causes and use available resources to drive efficient resolutions
- Maintain accurate records in ServeManager and follow established policies
- Partner with your manager to hit corporate and department goals
- Stay current on tech improvements that can boost service and efficiency
- Support onboarding and ramp-up for new team members
What You Need
- 3+ years in customer support (call center preferred); legal services familiarity is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM and support tools (e.g., Salesforce, Intercom)
- Strong written and verbal communication with solid people skills
- Ability to work fast, stay organized, and take initiative without being chased
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and collaboration across teams
