Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Fixed shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST
  • Occasional overtime during peak periods

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to escalated inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, collaborating across teams as needed
  • Provide empathetic, clear communication throughout the resolution process
  • Document all customer interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process or product improvements
  • Escalate unresolved matters to management when appropriate
  • Stay up to date with policies, products, and industry standards
  • Consistently meet performance goals including resolution time and satisfaction metrics

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 2+ years of customer service or escalation handling experience
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage emotional customer interactions calmly and professionally
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer support tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills

  • Industry-specific experience (telecom, e-commerce, finance, etc.)
  • Multi-channel support familiarity (phone, chat, email)
