Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Fixed shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST
- Occasional overtime during peak periods
What You’ll Do
- Respond to escalated inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism
- Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, collaborating across teams as needed
- Provide empathetic, clear communication throughout the resolution process
- Document all customer interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process or product improvements
- Escalate unresolved matters to management when appropriate
- Stay up to date with policies, products, and industry standards
- Consistently meet performance goals including resolution time and satisfaction metrics
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years of customer service or escalation handling experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage emotional customer interactions calmly and professionally
- Proficiency in CRM and customer support tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced environments
Preferred Skills
- Industry-specific experience (telecom, e-commerce, finance, etc.)
- Multi-channel support familiarity (phone, chat, email)
