Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Standard shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST
  • Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to escalated inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and care
  • Investigate and resolve complex cases, collaborating across departments
  • Communicate clearly, empathetically, and consistently throughout the resolution process
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Identify root causes of recurring complaints to prevent future issues
  • Escalate unresolved cases to higher-level management when needed
  • Provide process improvement feedback based on customer trends
  • Stay current on policies, products, and industry standards

What You Need

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience with escalation handling
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and multi-channel support tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience in telecommunications, e-commerce, or finance
  • Familiarity with multi-channel support (phone, email, chat)
