Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. based)

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate documentation, submission, tracking, and monitoring of client program requirements after implementation
- Partner with internal teams (Finance, Implementation, Client Ops, Product, Member Services) to meet client needs and deliverables
- Provide reporting and ensure timely, accurate client updates
- Support training materials and member service delivery for client-specific needs
- Monitor and resolve client support issues, escalating when necessary
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1–3+ years in operations, logistics, SaaS, client management, customer service, or project management
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
