Responsibilities
- Coordinate documentation, tracking, communication, and monitoring of client program requirements post-implementation.
- Match client program needs with efficient delivery options.
- Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams (Finance, Implementation, Client Ops, Member Services, Product, DSR, Live Services).
- Deliver agreed-upon reporting from internal tools.
- Support member service delivery with client-specific documentation and updates.
- Monitor and ensure resolution of client support issues through proper channels.
- Work with tools including Salesforce, Gainsight, MicroStrategy, JIRA, and Confluence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (healthcare, wellness, customer service, business, operations, logistics) or equivalent experience.
- 1–3+ years professional experience in operations, logistics, customer service, account management, SaaS, or project management.
- Experience in health/wellness or healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong customer-facing skills and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; additional languages (Spanish, German, French) are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate change, and work independently in a remote environment.

- Salary range: $52,000 – $62,000 annually (depending on experience, skills, and location).
