Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop Client Bill Associates
  • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing
  • Review and resolve escalated billing issues
  • Monitor workload, queues, and SLAs
  • Support client onboarding and billing integration
  • Lead discussions with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee client portal use and workflow performance
  • Track team metrics and identify process improvements
  • Partner with Accounting, Implementation, and Client Success

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years medical billing or client accounting experience
  • 1 to 2 years experience managing or leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing and contract-aligned invoicing
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor staff
  • Professional, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
