We’re seeking a Client Bill Associate to join us.

As a Client Bill Associate, you will be an integral part of advancing the client bill team and shaping the needs, goals, and expectations of the client as a trusted and loyal advisor in order to ensure accurate monthly invoicing.

What you’ll do:

  • Build client trust and confidence in Zotec through delivery and reinforcement of our proven processes and technology
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of assigned clients’ overall invoicing accounts and accurately release monthly invoices
  • Become knowledgeable and proficient with Group Bill Portal tool developed by Zotec
  • Training and walk throughs with client and client contacts on online portal implementation
  • Work to collaboratively resolve any escalated issues through appropriate internal channels
  • Answering and returning inbound calls & emails from clients and contacts regarding questions & escalations
  • Confidently interpret requests and answer client questions
  • Attend weekly scheduled calls to assist existing clients and contacts with invoicing questions and needs as applicable
  • Attend implementation calls as needed for new clients as applicable
  • Ensure work queues are maintained and within SLA guidelines while communicating trends and issues
  • Monitor and report on weekly status as applicable
  • Complete other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to Zotec:

  • 1-2 years of medical billing knowledge required
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Direct client experience, interaction, and communication preferred
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to see the big picture while working through requirements and requests
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with management and clients
  • Ability to work in a team environment and individually
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a flexible mentality to adapt to change when needed
  • Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day to day work.
