What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls in real-time and provide knowledgeable assistance
- Conduct follow-up via calls, texts, and emails to nurture leads
- Qualify leads and schedule them with the right clinicians
- Track progress in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
- Implement scripts and refine strategies to optimize conversions
- Identify booking bottlenecks and collaborate on solutions
- Provide feedback on trends and opportunities to improve processes
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling experience
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with proven conversion success
- Confidence in handling inbound/outbound calls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM and scheduling systems (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads at once
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with drive to exceed targets
