What You’ll Do

Lead Engagement & Follow-Up

  • Answer inbound calls in real-time and assist prospective patients with professionalism and empathy
  • Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to nurture leads
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule them with the right clinician
  • Track and manage lead progress to maximize booking rates

Sales & Conversion Optimization

  • Understand each client’s services and patient base
  • Use confident, action-oriented communication to address objections and drive conversions
  • Refine scripts and strategies to improve conversion performance
  • Identify process bottlenecks and collaborate with leadership to improve outcomes

Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, appointments, and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate scheduling with client availability
  • Provide feedback on lead-handling trends, objections, and opportunities
  • Ensure timely communication with both leads and client teams

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling
  • Confidence with inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong persuasion skills and a proven focus on conversion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CRM/scheduling software proficiency (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple pipelines
  • Proactive mindset with ownership over hitting booking targets

Compensation & Benefits

  • $42,000 – $55,000 annual salary
