This role involves answering inbound calls, following up with potential leads, and ensuring a seamless booking process that supports both clients and their prospective patients.

- Pay: $42,000–$55,000 annually
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, informed support to prospective patients
- Conduct outbound follow-ups via calls, texts, and emails to nurture leads and increase conversions
- Qualify leads based on client criteria and schedule appointments with the right clinician
- Track and manage leads in CRM systems, ensuring consistent follow-ups and high booking rates
- Apply sales strategies and communication techniques to address objections and improve conversions
- Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts and optimize booking outcomes
- Provide feedback on trends and opportunities for improving lead handling and scheduling processes
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and align appointments with client availability
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with proven success converting leads
- Professional communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls
- Experience with CRM and scheduling software (GoHighLevel a plus)
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple pipelines
- Proactive mindset with a drive to exceed booking goals and improve processes
