Schedule
- Full-time, remote role

- Work across multiple clients and pipelines simultaneously
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls in real-time and assist prospective patients
- Conduct outbound follow-ups via calls, texts, and emails to drive conversions
- Qualify leads and schedule them appropriately with clinicians
- Track and manage lead pipelines in CRM systems to ensure high booking rates
- Maintain deep knowledge of clients’ services and ideal patient bases
- Use sales scripts and objection-handling techniques to optimize conversions
- Report on lead handling trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align scheduling with client availability
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling experience
- Proven ability to handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism
- Strong persuasion and conversion skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- CRM and scheduling software experience (GoHighLevel a plus)
- High-level organization and multitasking skills
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a drive to exceed targets
