Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Remote, hybrid, or onsite option available (Greenwood Village, CO)
  • Regular, consistent schedule supporting the goals of the claims department

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise a team of claims staff, ensuring quality, productivity, and customer service goals are met
  • Support recruitment, interviewing, and training of new staff
  • Ensure compliance with workers’ compensation laws and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Provide technical and jurisdictional guidance on complex issues (compensability, investigations, litigation)
  • Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Act as a liaison for clients and employees to resolve claim-specific or procedural requests
  • Participate in Customer Claim Reviews and Presentations
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, company best practices, and safety standards
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience handling workers’ compensation claims
  • Current WC license or certification required; State Examiner Certification required
  • Self-Insured Certificate preferred
  • Demonstrated public speaking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel
  • Ability to travel overnight if needed
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills

  • Pay range: $68,696 – $114,313 annually (varies by location, skills, and experience)
