Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required)
- Up to 8 weeks of paid training provided (hours may vary, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST)
- 100% remote role within the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Review, research, and process healthcare claims for payment accuracy
- Investigate discrepancies, verify pricing, and confirm prior authorizations
- Navigate multiple systems to locate key information
- Analyze trends and generate reports
- Consistently meet productivity, quality, and adherence standards
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Age 18+
- 1+ years of experience in office, administrative, clerical, or customer service roles using phones and computers
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems
- Experience with UNET medical or behavioral health claims processing
- Ability to work Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexible shift availability
Preferred
- UNET behavioral health claims processing experience
Telecommuting Requirements
- Dedicated, private home workspace that ensures confidentiality

- Approved high-speed internet connection (or ability to leverage existing service)
